Bed bugs have become an epidemic as of recent years in hotels and temporary housing providers.
One of the main issues is that most do not have sanitizing procedure to prevent and correct the problems. There are ways to do so but most corporate and temporary housing providers have not figured out how or choose not to do them because it will increase their cost.
It is a perfectly reasonable question to ask when asking for pricing what procedures are in place to sanitize mattresses and couches to prevent bed bugs.
